You stop paying
A recurring cost disappears off your budget this month, and what arrives looks better in front of a client than what you were buying.
The Idea · Mumbai
Right now your office is paying for water it never needed to pay for, or your brand is buying attention that evaporates in two seconds. Both problems have the same answer, and it fits in one bottle. We're building the network in Mumbai now — and looking for the people who want to be early.
Why you should care
You are on one side of this or the other. Either you are buying attention that costs more every year and lasts seconds — or you are paying for something your people need and nobody enjoys expensing. Put those two facts side by side and the answer is embarrassingly simple. One of you pays. The other stops paying. Both of you come out ahead.
01 — Available now
Offices, events, film sets and outdoor activations across Mumbai. If you run a room, we will stock it for nothing. If you run a brand, we will put you in every hand in it.
02 — Coming
Water is just the first thing. Anything used often enough, by enough people, in a room worth reaching, works the same way. Partners who start with us on water get first call on whatever comes next.
03 — Where you come in
Networks are worth most to whoever joins before they are obvious. Right now a single brand can own a category across the whole city, and a single office can lock in delivery for nothing. Neither stays true for long.
Nobody loses
The reason people say yes quickly is that there is nothing to weigh up. Whichever side you are on, you give up something you did not want and get something you did.
A recurring cost disappears off your budget this month, and what arrives looks better in front of a client than what you were buying.
Not an impression estimate you have to take on faith. A named floor, hall or set — and every person in it holds your name for hours.
A hoarding gets three seconds from a moving car. A reel gets two. Your bottle sits within arm's reach through an entire working day.
Bottles out, rooms covered, scans logged. Real actions counted — including an honest note on what we could not measure.
Free isn't the promise.
Somebody else paying
is the promise.
Straight with you
On The House began with a fairly ordinary observation. Every office in Mumbai buys water. Every event budgets for it. Every film set orders crates of it. It's a cost nobody enjoys and nobody questions, repeated across thousands of rooms in one city, every single day.
At the same time, brands were paying more than ever for attention worth less than ever — auction slots in a feed, three seconds from a moving car, a banner competing with four other banners on the same wall. Money moving in one direction for something increasingly thin.
Putting the two together took no genius. Let the brand pay for the water, put their name on it, and hand it to a room they actually chose. The office saves money. The brand gets hours instead of seconds. Nobody in the middle has to be convinced of anything complicated.
Here is the part most companies would hide. We are at the beginning. This is being built in Mumbai in person, one room at a time — offices in Andheri and BKC, events, studio floors, morning activations. We would rather tell you that than dress an early network up as an established one and have you find out later.
Being early is also the offer. Rates will never be lower, categories are still unclaimed, and you get a founder answering your messages instead of an account manager. If any of this lands, do one of two things: put your brand on a label, or let us stock your room. Both start with a single message.
How it moves
A headcount if you run an office. A date and a footfall if you run an event. The room you want if you are a brand. That is the entire brief, and it is the last thing we ask of you.
We pair the room with a sponsor whose audience it genuinely is. You can refuse the brand. The brand can refuse the artwork. Nothing prints until both of you are happy.
Printed, wrapped and brought to your floor or your venue before you need them. No invoice arrives afterwards, because there is nothing to invoice you for.
Bottles out, rooms covered, scans logged — and a straight answer on the parts we could not measure, rather than a number we quietly made up.
Two ways in
Take a label while your category is still open, or let us take the water bill off your budget this month. One message either way — we answer everything.
