Strattus Inc started with a fairly ordinary observation, twice over. Small businesses were paying too much for things that shouldn't cost this much — offices paying for water nobody questioned, and shopkeepers paying agency prices for a five-page website. Both felt like the kind of cost people accept simply because nobody offered them a better version.
So we built better versions. On The House lets a brand cover the water bill in exchange for hours of real attention instead of seconds of scroll. On The Grid uses the same instinct — cut the cost that shouldn't exist, keep everything that should — to get small businesses online fast, custom, and without the markup.
Here is the part most companies would hide. Both of these are being built in Mumbai, in person, one client at a time. We would rather tell you that than dress an early operation up as an established one and have you find out later.
Being early is also the offer. Rates will never be lower, and you get a founder answering your messages instead of an account manager. If any of this lands, start with one message — about water, or about a website.
